Our contractor guidelines ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Contractors must comply with relevant legislation and operate safely. Our goal is to create a thriving gateway connecting aviation, commerce, and community, prioritising safety, and professionalism.

Our Property Managers and Facilities Managers oversee the day-to-day
operations of the Aeria precinct and management of our facilities, and are available to assist you with matters relating to:

·       Tenancy repairs and maintenance
·       Workplace health and safety
·       Environmental compliance
·       Annual compliance certifications
·       Emergency maintenance and repairs; and
·       Contractor management

To facilitate the efficient management of airport operations and ensure safety and security, you may require completing necessary forms as a contractor on site and can access them below.

All contractors including those engaged by our Tenants, Principal Contractors and Third Parties, wishing to undertake work on or near assets that are under the control of Aeria Management Group must;

·      Be qualified, competent, and licensed (where required) for the work they are wishing to undertake
·      Complete an Aeria Management Group Contractor Induction accessible through Sine Pro
·      Complete an Authority to Commence Work (where required) accessible through Beakon.

This includes works that may have potential to impact Aeria Management Group Assets, Operations, Tenants or Members of the Public.
