We have changed our name

Sydney Metro Airports has a new name: Aeria Management Group. The organisation owns and operates both Bankstown Airport, its surrounding precinct, and Camden Airport.

The rebranded organisation is also transforming the over 300ha precinct, which is home to Bankstown Airport, to Aeria, a growing aviation, business and community destination supporting hundreds of operators including aviation and emergency services, logistics, industrial and commercial enterprises, entertainment, recreation, leisure and retail.

CEO of Aeria Management Group, Daniel Jarosch is looking forward to the many future opportunities this change represents:

“Our vision is to create a thriving, diverse destination that connects aviation, business and community and we are proud to have a new name that reflects that, gives a sense of place as we continue on our exciting journey to become the ultimate gateway.”

South West Sydney’s premier aviation hubs, Bankstown Airport and Camden Airport, will retain their names and airport designator codes but both have new logos and physical upgrades to reflect their place in the bright future of general aviation in Australia.
