Thank you to our first responders who call Bankstown Airport home.

Wednesday 11 June 2025 marks ‘National Thank a First Responder Day’ – a time to pause and show our gratitude to the brave men and women who are first on the scene when disaster strikes, and the support teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes to help protect and care for our communities.

First responders and emergency support services play a vital role in keeping us safe – responding to emergencies, fighting fires, rescuing those in need, and delivering lifesaving medical care every single day. Their commitment, courage, and compassion are extraordinary, and this national day is a chance for all of us to simply say: thank you.
