New Industrial Precinct and Amenity Upgrades at 430 Marion Street

Construction is set to commence on Bankstown Airport’s much anticipated industrial precinct at 430 Marion Street on the corner of Birch Street in the north.

Taylor Constructions will deliver the new precinct which will commence in the new year and is anticipated to complete in late 2022.

The stand out 3.8 hectare industrial estate will feature four warehouses, ranging in size from 500sqm to 5,500sqm and upgraded amenity including more than 200 car parking spaces.
