Exciting Progress at The Gateway: Bankstown Airport

Aeria Management Group (AMG) is proud to share the latest developments at The Gateway – a dynamic new hub designed to support industry, business, and the local community in Southwest Sydney.

Located at the heart of Bankstown Airport, the Gateway will feature a thoughtfully curated mix of retail outlets, business facilities, and a 60-place childcare centre, catering to the growing needs of local families and businesses alike. This project forms the final piece of the award-winning Altitude industrial estate, Greater Sydney’s most centrally located warehouse development, offering unmatched access to key infrastructure routes and a highly skilled local workforce.

The site is progressing well, with construction moving swiftly. The walls have gone up, and the transformation of Lot 5A and Lot 5B is becoming increasingly visible:

  • Lot 5A will deliver small warehouse and light industrial units, with primary access via Kirby Place.
  • Lot 5B will house retail and commercial spaces, along with the childcare facility, with access from Starkie Drive.

We’re excited to see this development taking shape, reinforcing Bankstown Airport’s position as a thriving hub for innovation, employment, and community growth.
