Aviation Microsite Development: Site 606 Miles Street
Aeria Management Group (AMG) is developing a prime hangar space at Bankstown Airport, in line with its ongoing delivery of new and upgraded general aviation facilities and infrastructure.
The project, at Site 606 Miles Street, is part of AMG’s Aviation Microsites Development Program to create modern general aviation facilities for current and future airport users.
Project site
The project is located at 606 Miles Street, in the northeast of the airport precinct, with direct access to Taxiway Lima and runways.
Project features
Development of 1900 square metre site will include:
- 750sqm of prime aviation hangar space
- Conventional stacker hangar doors – c. 8.5m high and 21.5m wide
- Suitable for up to Code B aircraft
- c. 450sqm of office and lounge space across two levels
- Prime location, with direct access to taxiways and runways
Project works
Construction works will operate within the bounds of a temporary fence during the construction phase.
AMG is working to ensure minimal impact to taxiways and adjoining sites during the construction period.
Works are scheduled for completion in October 2025.
Aviation Microsites Development Program
