AMG welcomes global groups Samsung & Yatsal Distributors to Bankstown Airport

We would like to warmly welcome both Samsung and Yatsal Distributors to our premium facility, Altitude Industrial Estate in Bankstown Airport.

Samsung SDS, one of the world’s largest logistics operators has recently occupied 26,041sqm over a 5-year lease and Yatsal Distributors, a family-run business and a variety wholesaler and distributor, has recently occupied 18,445sqm over a 7-year lease.

Since December 2020, Altitude has experienced rental growth of up to 120% and now boasts Beijer Ref, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Allied Express, eStore Logistics and Sydney Freezers as tenants. Featuring 164,551 sqm of best-in-class warehousing and office accommodation across the 46-hectare estate.

The final remaining facility at Altitude, Building 4B is available for all new enquiries.
